PLANE CRASH KILLS BRAMPTON PLOT, 49
A Brampton man was killed when his light plane crashed as he was practising takeoffs and landings in a farmer's field, police say. William Leo King, 49, died instantly at 8p.m . Saturday as his ultra-light plane plunged from a low altitude at a private airstrip near Mayfield Rd. and Winston Churchill Blvd. in Caledon, police say.

Bill King, of the age of 49, dearly beloved husband of Mary, Devoted father of Erica, Erin, Adam, Michele and Meghan. Cherished son of Meldon and Ruth King of Ogden, Utah. Dear brother of Janeth, Mel and Judd. Loved nephew of Claire Rosenkrans. Resting at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main St. S. Brampton from 2-8 p.m., Tuesday. Service on Wednesday at 10 a.m., from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, (Wanless Dr. and Creditview Dr., Brampton). Interment Brampton Memoral Gardens.
