Job III was a son of Bowen AYLSWORTH and his wife Hannah PERRY. Anna Maria was a daughter John McGILLIVRAY and Margarie McKINZIE. Job III and Anna were married on Nov 1, 1825 in Ernesttown, Ontario, Canada. This Job III was a brother to Daniel Perry AYLSWORTH who married Lucinda FRALICK.

Picture gifted by family members in Ontario to Samuel Wm. Aylesworth in June 2012 It comes from a photo album owned by Catherine BELL, the daughter of Mercy AYLSWORTH who was a sister to Job III. Inscription on the back of the photo reads "Uncle Joab Aylsworth mother's brother and Aunt Maria his wife. Lived in Violet. Job ... farmers."
