Chant, Theresa Mary "Tess" (nee Savage) -
Tess, formerly of Markham, died quietly at home in Kitchener, on Friday March 12, 1999 in her 87th year. Beloved wife for nearly 62 years of the late Chris Chant. Loving mother of Faith and her husband Ed Mason, Wayne and his wife Judy, Brian, Doug and his wife Linda. Sadly missed by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Survived by brother Keith Savage and sister Ruth Reid. Friends will be received at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main St. N. (Hwy 48), Markham on Monday from 12 noon until service in the chapel at 2pm. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Scott Mission would be appreciated.
