Chant, Douglas Bristol - At the Toronto Western Hospital on Wednesday July 9, 1986. Douglas Bristol Chant, beloved husband of the late Kathleen and Irene. Loved father of Sarah Jane, Gail and her husband Bill Collett and the late John and Stanley Chant. Dear brother of Doris, Miriam, Stanley, Chris, Ted, George, Allan and the late Beulah and Joseph. Also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Resting at the Turner and Porter Yorke Chapen, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windemere near the Jane subway from 2-4 and 7-9pm Thursday. Funeral service 11 o'clock Friday morning, Cremation. (Friends who wish memorial donations to the Toronto Western Hospital Building Fund would be appreciated).
