Accordin to Pat Russell, Harriet's name was originally O'Regan, but later dropped the "O'". Settled in Kincardine, Bruce Peninsula after emigrating from Ireland. Samuel McLeod shows name as "Riggin". Interred in Greenwood Cemetery, at Range 19S, lot 20 Resided in Manitowaning, Manitoulin Island in 1882 in the area of her brother-in-law, Winkler's family.
